Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies to ensure they meet our requirements, needs, and business goals
- Develop new channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans for the academy
- Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies for the academy
- Determine which platforms to advertise on and adapt campaigns accordingly
- Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results.
- Create marketing proposals and present them to clients
- Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the advertising, marketing team, senior managers, and other departments
- Maintain strategic relationships with existing educational partners and third parties
- Search out new channel partnership opportunities to help drive business growth for the academy
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum requirement of a college diploma in a field related to business administration, sales or marketing; higher education will be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in channel marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, social media and other professional networks.
- Strong decision-making skills.
