Salary: $26.50 per hour

Job responsibilities/duties

  • Prepare and record keeping of invoices, reports and correspondence. 
  • Schedule and confirm the appointments. 
  • Order and maintain office supplies. 
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and, repair work for machines. 
  • Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements. 
  • Administer and compile monthly performance data and statistical reports. 
  • Reply to e-mail, telephone calls, messages and communication to customers. 
  • Handle customer queries in a prompt and friendly manner. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Job Requirements for the position: 

Education & Work Experience:

  • Completion of high school
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive, friendly manner.
  • Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills are imperative.
  • Attention to detail and well organized.
