Job description:


- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Coordinate activities with other units and departments.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure effective and timely service delivery to all customers.
- Ensure improved customer turnaround time, customer experience and fulfillment.
- Ensure protection of sensitive customer data for confidentiality purpose.
- Establish and ensure up-to-date records of customers' database.
- Establish strategies geared toward managing customers for competitive advantage.
- Coordinate team building across all units for improved performance.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
