Job description:

JOB DUTIES

• Manage and perform the financial and budgetary duties of the organization.

• Direct and lead the technical team in timely delivery of projects.

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies.

• Represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other social functions.

• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.

• Plan strategies with owners of the company to bring new business.

• Liaise with third parties and project managers to assess the adequacy of existing projects
and evaluate performances.

• Manage financial resources, and participate in funding requests, budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and variance resolution.

• Lead a team of 4-5 people.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related êeld or performing similar duties
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Should have managerial skills and able to supervise 5-10 people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet deadlines, attention to detail, client oriented.
• Able to manage budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000

SALARY & HOURS: $57.00 / Hour for 35 hours per week
