HIRING - Castella Cheesecake on Robson St., Vancouver is looking for an enthusiastic Manager!

Position: Manager (Full-Time / Permanent)
Position Available: 1
Compensation: Annually $48,000
Working hours: 32 hours per week
Working Location: 1190 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1Y4
Duties:
- Build work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Create Marketing plan considering business trend, season, and target market
- Communicate with supervisors and staffs for monthly business target and promotions (if needed)
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of our food or beverage service
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Control inventory of product & ingredients, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Report and discuss for monthly business trend and revenue with owner
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary
- Must be fluent in English
- At least one year of experience in the food service industry are required.
- Must be available to work at least one day on weekend.
