Raman Gumber CPA Professional Corp. located at 160 Traders Blvd. East, Suite# 209, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 3K7 required 1 Business Coordinator on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 28 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 years to less than 2 years’ experience required. Duties

 

  1. Overall administrative liaison and coordination with a special focus on Manufacturing and Warehousing client base
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient client servicing and working relationship with associates and customers
  3. Follow up on new enquiries, leads and assist in converting them to clients
  4. Be a single point of administrative contact between principal accountant and other stakeholders such as in-house personnel, corporate clients, community groups, associate organizations referring business to the firm
  5. Ensure that the manufacturing and warehousing clients are fully compliant with Taxation rules and other regulations as per the industry
  6. Ensure all procedures and internal controls are documented, updated and approved, as required.
  7. Dealing with Customers complaints and issues at individual and corporate level
  8. Assist the principal accountant in administering the efficient delivery of services to the core clientele such as bookkeeping, payroll, audit, sending invoices to the customers, follow up on pending payments etc.
  9. Represent the Principal Accountant for administrative as well as customer meetings when deputed
  10. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business
