Job Responsibilities

• Handle materials manually or with powered equipment within the warehouse.
• Construct containers from flattened boxes.
• Remove filled containers from conveyors.
• Provide assistance to process control and machine operators.
• Organise, scale, and portion food.
• Complete daily quotas and tasks as a team.
• Ensure that the items being portioned meet our quality standards.
• Assist with the removal of waste.
• Keep the working area clean.
• Order loading and unloading.
• Maintain the warehouse's hygiene and clean up after the shift.
• Ensure the quality of the product while keeping up with the pace of the line.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• No education or experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, with an ability to motivate others to get things done right.
• Dedicated to continual success.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
