```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of goods and materials to customers
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Enter data into the AS400 system to track shipments and update records
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Use phone systems to communicate with drivers and resolve any issues or delays
- Collaborate with the freight team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems such as AS400
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics processes
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Typing skills with accuracy and speed
