Promote and discuss conference and meeting service or special events; arrange for production or purchase of promotional products; develop media strategies and public relations activities; Administer revenues and expenditures; assist in preparing reports; organizing social events and guest programs; Coordinate set-upds, staging, seating arrangements, parking, communicating systems, other details for events; Arrange shipping, receiving and storage or all related materials; Coordinate event bookings; plan schedules, goals and objectives; confirm and coordinate guest speakers; Negotiate and solicit event donors and/ or sponsors; Research and design special events programs; Determine requirements for hospitality services, signage, multimedia equipment, printing and other technical services and arrange for manage contracts for these services; Ensuring compliance with the hotel standards and required by-laws; Plan and oversee webinars.
