Job Duties:

Prepare and cook individual all sweet dishes like Laddoo, Barfi, Rasgulla, Gulabjamun etc.

Plan menus, ensure quality of sweets dished and determine size of dish proportions.

Estimate sweets requirement and cost.

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Work with minimal supervision

Cleaning work area.

Able to make large quantity sweets for catering.

May specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes

Manage kitchen operations
