You are an excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.  You have management experience, are passionate about leading your team to be the best they can be and are looking for an organization that focuses on its people.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leading the team, provide support regarding order, shipment, safety.  Oversees the operational logistics of the company. 
  • Maintain smooth operation of machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work. 
  • Train new staff in job duties.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, resolve problems arise.
  • Train and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
  • Requisition supplies and materials.  Order supplies and maintain stock level.
  • Participate in market research and prepare feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales & operations to design solutions to capitalize on new business and retain existing accounts.
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports to VP.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum Post secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a team or a department.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin

 

JOB TYPE

Full time

Wage

26CAD/ Hour with 35 Hours of work per week.

Overtime rate pf 39 CAD/ Hour starts after 48 hour of work per week.

10 days of vacation yearly or 4% of annual remuneration
