Prepare, key in, edit correspondences, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
Determine and establish office administrative procedures.
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mails and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Organize and schedule conferences.
Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.

Requirements and Suitability
Post Secondary Education
5-7 years administrative experience (executive level preferred).
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suit.
Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
