Ethnic Food Cook (NOC: 6322)

Address: 23-2480 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5A 2X2
Position: Ethnic Food Cook

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Korean noodles, rice, and soup dishes and lunchboxes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Estimate food requirements through inventory records
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, order if necessary
- Clean kitchen and work space
- May hire and train kitchen staff

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Wage: $16 hourly for 35 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
