Job Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
Plan menus, determine size of food and portions,
Estimate food requirement and costs, monitor and order supplies,
Inspect kitchen and work areas,
Manage kitchen operations.

Job requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Language: English
Work Condition and physical capability: fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, overtime required.
Personal suitability: Team player, flexibility, organized, initiative, client focused and dependability.
Work setting: Restaurant, fast food outlet or concession.
