Puran Enterprises Ltd. (DBA: Subway) is looking for a Food Service Manager to join our team

Position: Food Service Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $25.25 / hr for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Location: Unit: 2445, 6551 NO.3 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 2B6

Food Service Manager (NOC 0631) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the outlet
• Implement operational procedures as per services
• Hiring more staff when needed and manage staff training
• Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
• Modify procedures and regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
• Resolve customer complaints
• Greet customers.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
• Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the sctivities of the staff who prepare, portion and serve food.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector or related field, including supervisory experience is required.
• English is required. The employment is full time and permanent.
