Terms of Employment: Permanent/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $24.50/hr
Job Responsibilities:
The worker must be able to;
load/unload and transport construction materials,
erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades,
mix, pour and spread materials,
assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites,
assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs,
level earth to fine grade specifications,
clean and pile salvaged materials, Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants and,
remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and,
handle loads approx. up to 23kg.
Tools Operation:
reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Grinding machine, Grouting machine, Chippers, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns,
Drills, Augers, Chain saw, Sledgehammer
Language:
The worker must be able to speak English.
The other requirements for the job are;
Must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate in Canada or education equivalent for foreign workers
Work experience of at 1 year to less than 2 year
First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Provision of Criminal record check & Willing to travel to another job
Worker must have Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, -company will provide Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves, Safety vest
