Food service supervisor at Corporation operating as Subway Sandwitches & Salad.
Main duties:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepares and portion food, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, superviseand check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules.
Language:-English
Experience required:- 2 Years to less than 3 years
Location:- Stratford, Ontario
Security and safety:- Basic security clearance
Work site Environment:- Fast paced environment, noisy, hot and odours
Work location Information:- On site customer service, willing to relocate
Transportation:- Own transportation
Ability to Supervise:- 3-4 people
Education required:- College/CEGEP
Skills :-Ability to deal with customer, excellent oral comminication, flexibility, can work in fast paced environment
