Jain & Jain CPA located at 10B-700 Balmoral Drive, Brampton ON L6T 1X2 is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Bookkeeper.  If you are currently working on developing a career in the accounting industry, come work with us and get paid for building a great future.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage clients’ bookkeeping in accounting systems including Quickbooks, Xero and MS Excel
• Collect, sort and arrange clients’ source documents and enter it into the accounting system, after assigning a general ledger account code
• Prepare draft financial statements for manager’s review
• Calculate and prepare cheques for clients’ staff payroll
• Prepare monthly withholding tax submissions
• Prepare WSIB and EHT submissions for clients
• Prepare & file Clients’ GST/HST tax returns on time
• Prepare annual T5s, T4s and T4As for clients’ employees & submit annual summaries to CRA
• Prepare T1 and T2 tax returns for clients 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-year or more
• Education: Certificate Program in Accounting of 3-months or more

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $23.25/hour
• 30-40 hours/week
