Restaurant Manager (NOC: 0631)

- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Check stock levels, order supplies, and prepare cash drawers and petty cash

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $20.00 hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: Completion of High School
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, and Smart Service Certificate required.
- Language: Speak English, Read English, and Write English
