JOB DUTIES

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

• Maintaining an open and respectful communication with employees and mentoring to the team
• Ensuring all employees understand and uphold the company values and conduct expectations
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support
• Research and Invent methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Use best practices for planning, scheduling, assigning, and directing work; assessing performance; rewarding and performance managing employees
• Evaluating individual performance to ensure all employees perform above the standards for safety, quality and production
• Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects within the operations department

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: 26.50 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 32 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $39.75 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
