Job Position: Web Designer

Work location: #102, 120 Woodstream Blvd, woodbridge ON L4L7Z1

Salary: $34.50/ hr; 40hr/wk

Position: Permanent Full time

Language: English

Education: Completion of college program preferabely in computer science or graphic / web design

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills

• Communicate with the clients to develop and document website requirements.
• Create attractive graphic and multimedia content for the client’s sites using graphics, databas, animation and other softwares.
• Monitors usage and performance, creates and maintains backups, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise
• Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics
• Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web site related code.
• Conduct tests and perform security and quality control.
• Create and optimize content for the Web site using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software

Work Setting: Office

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
Knowledge of Word press is an asset

Printing design, InDesign and Coreldraw
Knowledge of PHP ,Python and MySQL.
