Job Description:
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations as per the company guidelines.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Indentify buyers of the material and contact them as per the organizational policies.
- Prepare the reports.
- Attend and participate in the company meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic English communication skills
- Education: Secondary School
- 2 years of experience in related field
