Education: College diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of managing experience
Main Duties:
Direct and coordinate activities of each laundry stores, establish objectives for the company and improve policies and programs
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs;
Review and establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Determine staffing requirements, and select middle managers, and store managers
Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
Represent the company in negotiations and establish firm relationship with potential clients.
Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling of current facilities.
Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
Personal Suitability:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior managing role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
