JOB DUTIES:

Instruct all modules to students at the Institute pertaining to language tests eg, IELTS and CELPIP.

Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.

Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and prepare material for presentations.

Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.

Conduct mock tests every week or bi-weekly.

Mark student’s work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of student’s progress and development and evaluate and identify student’s individual learning needs

Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.

Observe and evaluate student's performance.

Utilize curriculum that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.

Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment, including podcasts and interactive whiteboards.

ELIGIBILITY:

• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be an asset.
• Experience in IELTS Coaching Centre is an asset.
