Salary: CAD 18.00 /Hour

Position: Full time and Permanent (32 hours / week)

Education: College Diploma
Experience: Minimum One (1) year as Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Duties:
· Supervision of store activities and all staff members, support the staff as and when required.
· Prepare work schedule and assign duties to workers. Rescheduling work and duties as per need
· Responsible for overall sale and operations of the store.
· Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
· Responsible for handling customer service and resolve customer complaints and report it to management. Ensure achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for maintaining record of inventory and raise requisite as per requirement
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters and share report to the stakeholders.
· Responsible for efficient and profitability of the store.
· Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
· Ensure safety procedures are followed by the staff.
· Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
· Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
