Baskin Robbins is the premiere ice cream retailer offering customers an assortment of ice creams, sorbets, cakes, and decandent ice-cream based desserts. Our locations has dine-in cafe style, take out and delivery (pints and cakes only).

Job description:

Looking for a dependable, reliable, and energetic Food Service Supervisor in a face paced environment:

Ideal candidate should have minimum 7 months to 1-year experience with the following:

• Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety
• Supervising, coordinating and scheduling activities of the shift staff
• Maintain and monitor employees shift schedules and performance
• Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health, safety and quality control standards are obeyed
• Establishing methods to meet work schedules, based on events, pre-orders and weather
• Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered based on pre-ordered cakes and pints
• Overseeing the day to day operation of the restaurant, keeping all surfaces sanitized constantly
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per BR systems and requirements
• Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide highest level of satisfaction.
• Responsible for inventory management and cash control systems for the assigned shift
• Make sure that all local and national food safety codes are maintained

Start: ASAP

Full-Time Permanent position $16.00/hr

Location: Sandalwood Pkwy, Brampton, ON

Education: Minimum College Diploma or Certificate

Soft Skills: Able to multitask, self-motivated, good communication skills and team player
