MARKETING ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency andanalyze trends
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics,rankings etc.)
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attendthem to facilitate their success
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Education and Experience: 

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or relevant experience

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

Salary: $31.50 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $47.25 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
