ZA CAFÉ has been in operation since April 2014. They are seeking a pizza maker experienced in Neapolitan pizzas
The position has Medical benefits included.
At least 2 years to 3 years experience making Neapolitan style pizzas.
Ability to Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Manual dexterity, Physically demanding, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Overtime required, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads.
Dependability, Judgement, Accurate, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Reliability are very important.
Additional Skills
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
Prepare natural starters and make hand made specialty dough for traditional pizza, pies, breads and sweet goods. Also prepare gluten free dough for Pizza and Pies. Bake handmade pizza and bread in a brick oven at 850 degrees. Prepare large special orders. Gluten-free
