Job description:


We are looking for a full time housekeeping supervisor responsible for our daily business activites. Principle Duties and Responsibilities as following:

1) Under the leadership of the hotel’s deputy general manager, be fully responsible for the management of the Housekeeping Department, and be responsible for the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.

 

2) Prepare the budget plan for the Housekeeping Department according to the hotel's policy and objectives, formulating various business plans. Effectively organizing and monitoring the progress to achieve the expected goals.

 

3) Strictly control the operation cost, and get the supplement timely according to the stock standard of the hotel. Control the consumption of room supplies, clean and wash supplies, spot check the usage, avoid wasting. Ensure the smooth completion of the budget plan.

 

4) Establish the files of guest room equipment, be responsible for contacting with managers from Financial Department, Engineering Department, Catering Department and other departments, and ensure the consistency of our hotel services.

 

5) Make the training plan for the cleaning personnel. Be responsible for the training, assessing, supervising and guiding the cleaning personnel, and mobilizing their enthusiasm.

 

6) Formulate and update the management system, operating procedures, and job responsibilities of the Housekeeping Department. Check the implementation of rules and regulations.

 

7) Review the daily reports from each district, pay close attention to the customers, master the important reception tasks, timely check and urge each district to do a good job in reception services.

 

8) Responsible for cleaning and inspecting the Guest Rooms and public areas during the epidemic period.

 

9) During the epidemic period, ask every department to do the clearness inspection under the strict work specifications and quality requirements. Carry out the standardized operation, and inspect each department every day. Check the clearness of all types of Guest Rooms and deal with the possible problems.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

1) At least  2 years working experience in the related fields.

2) With a Post-secondary Education background. (University, College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of at least 1 years).
