Job description:
General Manager - Full Time Permanent Position
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Hiring and direction to the senior managers to align the companies strategies and goals.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
- Oversee control and management of HR policies
- Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: CAD $59.05 per hour (Overtime paid CAD $88.57 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Career Level: Minumum of 5 to 7 years of experience with minimum Bachelors Level of education
