Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (35-40 hours/week)
Wage: 30 dollars per hour

As a Wholesale & Retail Manager (NOC 0621), you will perform the following duties:

• Establish and implement standard operating procedures for retail and wholesale purposes
• Estimate costs, plan budgets, and monitor revenue and expenses
• Evaluate company’s advertising needs and implement marketing strategies
• Support management of main customers, distributors, and partner offices
• Determine product to be displayed and sold with the implementation of marketing strategies
• Present and show the decoration materials to customers and on promotional events
• Conduct market research to understand customer’s demands and preferences
• manage and review the logistics, storage, shipment of building materials and equipments
• Hire, train and schedule staff members

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree will be required
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a store manager or in a similar role is required for the position
• Strong customer service ability
