Feature surface is looking for “Renovation Manager” to join our team. Feature surface offer customized interior designing and help design and build your dream house.

Position: Renovation Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: $22.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: must have alteast 1 to 2 years

Location: Unit – 328, 7250 Keele Street, Vaughan, ON, L4K 1Z8

Renovation Manager (NOC: 0712) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Plan and prepare work schedules, organize, direct, and control the activities.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote company
• Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
• Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
• Plan and manage budgets
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors for quality assurance
• Develop and implement financial and operating plans
• Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects,
• Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
• Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors
• Ensure that construction permits are obtained
• Develop and implement health and safety plans, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Additional Skills:

Must have at least secondary school qualification, Candidate must be dependable and have a deep willingness to function. Reliability and cleanliness are required, as well as the ability to prepare ahead and work under pressure.
