Hotel Reservations Supervisor
At the JMH Holdings BC Ltd. o/a Comfort Inn & Suites we look for people who are ambitious, confident, and dynamic; people who know what it takes to exceed guest expectations. We are urgently hiring for a Hotel Reservations Supervisor for full time position.
Job Duties:
· Hire and train the hotel staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Assist guests in their special needs or services
· Answer the work related problems
· Prepare and submit progress and other reports to the managemnt
· Assign , coordinate and review the work of the staf
· Ensure smoth operations of the systems used for booking such as computers and arrange for the maintenance and repair
Eligibility:
· Completion of Secondary school is required.
· Completion of college courses related to the area supervised will be an asset.
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry is required.
Salary: $23.00 Hourly for 40 Hours Per Week
