Job description:
Salary: $27.25 / hour for 40 hours per week
Full Time, Permanent

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Specific Skills
- Knowledge of Safe Quality Food(SQF) and Canada GAP Program and documentation
- Assist growers in obtaining CGAP certification to ensure procurement of best quality fruit
- Resolve work related problems
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process
