Job Description:
- Prepare and cook complete or individual Japanese noodles, dishes and meals
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
-Oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
-May clean kitchen and work area
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
-May train and hire kitchen staff
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Wage: $17 hourly for 40 hours per week
Benefits: Vacation pay of 4% of remuneration paid
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
Education: High School diploma
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
Language: speak english, read english, write english
