Job Duties:
- Cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes.
- Educate, instruct and train cooks in planning, preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Make and create new recipes
- Makes Special Event menus according to the budget of the group.
- Create decorative food displays for special functions and Guests.
- Makes special meals as per the client’s cuisine taste.
- May plan complete menus.
- May requisition food and kitchen supplies.
