Duties:
- Using manual and electric equipment, slice, peel and trim food products.
- Take customer orders and serve them at counters
- Record coffee times on the pots and discards expired coffee.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, soups, bagels, and smoothies.
- Assemble, wrap and portion food items or place them directly on plates for take-out.
- Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
- May receive payment for food items purchased.
