Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook individual all sweet dishes like Laddoo, Barfi, Rasgulla, Gulabjamun etc.
- Plan menus, ensure the quality of sweets dished and determine the size of dish proportions.
- Estimate sweets requirement and cost.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Work with minimal supervision
- Cleaning work area.
- Able to make large quantity sweets for catering.
- May specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes
- Manage kitchen operations
