Job Description:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
