This unit group includes managers who plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate departments responsible for corporate governance and regulatory compliance, records management, security services, admissions and other administrative services not elsewhere classified. Also included in this unit group are managers responsible for departments involved in two or more of the following activities: finance, human resources, purchasing, computer systems or administrative services. Managers in this unit group are employed throughout the public and private sector.

You are an excellent Administrative Manager with strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.  You have management experience, are passionate about helping the team to be the best they can be and are looking for an organization that focuses on its people.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Plan, organize, direct, control the operations of a department providing several administrative services.
  • Direct staffs engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management team.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment.
  • Able to communicate well with the property owners and tenant in the building.
  • Interview, hire and oversee training for staff.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Post secondary Education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team.

Compensation:

 

  • The compensation for this position is 42CAD per hour on 35 hour work week Monday to Friday
  • Overtime rate pf 63 CAD/ Hour starts after 48 hour of work per week.
  • 10 days of vacation yearly or 4% of annual remuneration
