30 Hours per Week

Work Location: Same as company address, willing to relocate

Wage $ 25.50-27.50 /Hour

Requirement and Skills:

  • Completion of Secondary school
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Intermediate level Word, Excel and Access Skills

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Ensure deadlines are met and office procedures are followed
  • Supervise all office administrative activities
  • Maintain and prepare reports, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • Coordinate and assist in budgetary controls
  • Coordinate and administer office services from equipment purchases, software, supplies, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
