JOB POSITION: Cleaning Supervisor (NOC 6315)

Job requirements: -

Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
• Assist cleaners in performing duties.
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
• Establish work schedules.
• Provide cost estimates to clients.
• Perform certain cleaning duties in absence/shortage of staff.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing and walking, Standing for extended periods.

Work Location: Various locations

Personal Suitability: Reliability, Client Focus, Initiative, Dependability, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Judgement.

Additional Skills: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, Maintain financial records.

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Relocation Cost: Employer willing to cover upto $1000 towards relocation cost to deserving PR / Citizen candidate (within Canada)
