BASANT SWEETS SHOP LTD. is looking for a “Food Service Supervisor” to join their team located in Surrey, BC, Canada

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $19/ hour, 40 hours per week

Language: English

Location: 402, 8148, 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 1R1

Main Duties:

• Greet and make sure Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Preparing the work schedule.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Will have to ensure the safety of the employees and customers.
• Check the food and its expiry date as per the instructions of the assigned person.

Qualification: Completion of Senior Secondary School

Experience: Having experience in the same field for at least 1 year.
