Job description:

Work Responsibilities 

• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze and understand client requests
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Identify project implications at the system and company organization level
• Translate business needs into functional language with the assistance of functional analysts
• Participate in developing the project procedures and schedule
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
• Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
• Coordinate the work of the various project participants
• Ensure that development norms and standards are observed
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Assist testing phases with the client and Write documentation
• Train users on the new application implemented
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with identical job requirements is required for a minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve
• Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
• Require the knowledge about computer skills like Spreadsheet; Java; Internet; Networking software; Extranet; Programming software; MS Office
