Meat Cutter (NOC 6331)

Job Description:
- Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Weighing, packaging and pricing products
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory
- Performing quality inspection on meats
- Negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls
- Providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments
- Coordinating deliveries or order pickups

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Wage: $20.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-2 Years or more experience as a meat cutter
Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
