Ethnic Food Cook (NOC 6322)
- Prepare and cook complete Asian-fusion specialty meals and individual dishes
- Responsible for making Asian sauces to complement dishes
- Assist in menu planning, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirement and costs and monitor supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May recruit and train staff in the cooking of Asian-fusion dishes

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Wage: $16.00 hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the remuneration

Qualification/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial food preparation
- Language: Speak English, Read English and Write English
