Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address and Resolve customer complaints
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
