Term                                :       Permanent, Full Time.

Salary                              :       $32.00/hour.

Start Date                       :       As Soon As Possible.

Education                        :       Secondary School.

Language                        :       English.

 

Experience                      :      1 to 2 years in the trade.

Duties

 

  • To investigate and execute solutions, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Communicate with computer users who are having problems, both electronically and in person, to identify the issues.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  •  Assist users with company systems, networks, and the Internet as required in response to detected issues.
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • May supervise other technical support workers in this group.
