Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 2 years or more years of work experience in HVAC design and mechanical projects

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Work Location Information: Willing to relocate

Area of Specialization: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system

Specific Skills / duties: Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems, Design power plants, machines and equipment, Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures, Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs, Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems, Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance, Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems
