Job Title: Salon Sales Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Full-time/Permanent
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Wage: $20.00 - 22.00 /Per Hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate, assign and review the work activities of salon staff
- Plan work schedules for workers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new salon staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain adequate supply stock of products used by ordering in timely manner and keep updated records of costs and revenues
- Ensure the salon’s image is maintained including displays, signage, and cleanliness
- Payment authorizations and returns of merchandise
- Monitor the quality of service and report on performance
- May assist in performing some keyholding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries
- May perform other duties as needed as per the job requirement
Skills Requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience:
- Minimum of1-2 years’ experience in a salon setting or related industry, or 1-2 years’ experience in sales
Language: Ability to communicate in oral and written English is required
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods of time.
